This is a beautiful Edwardian Lawn dress with lace inserts in a cream/light blush/faded peach colour. To be honest the colour changes depending on the light, but its falls somewhere in that area. It's made out of a super soft cotton material. It has long sleeves that end in a fitted lace cuff (the cuffs also have snaps). The dress opens and closes from the back with buttons going along the entire back (look at how beautiful and detailed those buttons are!). There are also hook and eyes that continue on the back of the dress to about the mid point of the "skirt" This dress also has a high fitted lace collar. It is absolutely stunning and has so many beautiful details ! 

SIZE: Small (I would recommend and XS for a better fit, please see measurements) 

CONDITION: Good, This dress could be wearable but it needs a bit of love and care. the flaws go as follows:
-  The Lace at the front of the collar (high neck) is broken and needs some hand stitching or to be replaced completely. 
- There are some brown stains along the collar on the lace as well as some tears on the lace (they are less visible). 
- There is a faint grey mark on the left arm
- A small hole on the front part of the dress around the thigh area.
- Two holes on the hem on the front right.
- There is a hole on the right shoulder, and also one on the left shoulder. There are brown spots around those areas as well ! 
- There are faint brown marks scattered over the whole dress (too many tiny spots to list all of them, this piece is over 110 years old)
- There are metal bits on the inside of the collar to help keep its shape when its on, Some might find that uncomfortable against their skin, so I wanted to make a note of it. 

I know the list appears long but it's actually a beautiful piece that could be worn after some love and care. I just wanted to be thorough. If not it would be great for a historical display or for photos.
